Lensrentals recently acquired ATS Rentals, an online video camera, lens and projector rental business based in Illinois, that you may have an account or do business with. 

We will be integrating all active ATS Rental accounts into our operating procedures, and we would like to invite you to find out more about us. Once you sign up for a Lensrentals account, all of your ATS account history will be synced with your new Lensrentals account.

Who is Lensrentals?

Lensrentals, is an online photography and video rental company, with the largest inventory of equipment for the creative industry in the US.  We were founded in 2006 with the mission; to provide the right tools for customer needs, in the highest quality, quickly and with minimal fuss. More than 100 experienced photo and video professionals work for Lensrentals, helping to troubleshoot client needs and make recommendations on what will create the best results.  Test them. They like challenges.

Will I have to create a new account with Lensrentals?

You will have to create a new account with Lensrentals. Once you do, all of your ATS order history will show up under your new Lensrentals account.

What if I already have a Lensrentals account?

If you have an account under the same email address your ATS order history will now be visible along with your Lensrentals order history.

What if I currently have an order outstanding with ATS?

Your rental should still be returned to ATS, and any questions about your rental should be directed to them.

What if I’ve already reserved equipment with ATS?

If your rental begins before the end of 2017, your order will be fulfilled by ATS. If your reservation is for a later date, please contact us.

Do you carry all the products that ATS carried?

We carry almost all of the photo & video products carried by ATS, plus much more. We do not carry some of their legacy and discontinued products.

We also do not currently carry projectors or similar equipment. If there are specific products that we do not carry that you’d like to see, please let us know via email at support@lensrentals.com. We are committed to carrying any product that has sufficient demand.

Will you match the old ATS prices?

Every rental company has a slightly different approach to calculating rates for various rental periods. At Lensrentals, we strive to keep our inventory fresh and rigorously test the equipment several times before every rental. As a result, we purchase equipment strategically and more often to rotate inventory and keep our standards at the highest level.

While our prices may not directly match ATS, we’re confident the level of service and equipment will be worth it!

What about my ATS gift certificate or account credit?

Don’t worry, Lensrentals will be happy to apply current account credit or gift certificates from ATS. Just let us know via email and we’ll be sure to apply your balance to your account with Lensrentals.
