Compatibility. The Apple Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader is compatible with Lightning-enabled iOS devices running iOS 9.2 and later. It supports standard photo formats including JPEG and RAW, and SD and HD video formats including H.264 and MPEG-4.

Ease of Use. This reader is easy to use. Simply insert your SD card into the reader and your device automatically opens the Photos app. From there, just choose the photos and videos you want to import, and the reader will automatically organize them into albums. When you sync with your PC or Mac, the photos and videos on your device are added to your computer’s photo library.
