The Blackmagic Web Presenter w/ Teranex Mini Smart Panel is a simple way to stream SDI and HDMI signals up to 720p to USB 2.0 compatible devices, and the predecessor to the Web Presenter 4K. Key features include:
Accepts up to 2160/60p signals via SDI or HDMI
Streams as 720p USB Webcam to compatible software
Balanced-XLR & stereo RCA audio inputs
Includes Teranex Mini Smart Panel for device control
SDI or HDMI Streaming. The Blackmagic Web Presenter will accept SDI or HDMI signals up to Ultra HD 2160p 60 fps. Built-in Teranex conversion then takes that signal and converts it to a widely supported UVC and UAC compatible 720p USB Webcam for streaming to any web cam supported application.
Inputs & Outputs. Video input supports a range of resolutions and frame rates from SD 525/59.94i to UHD 2160/60p via an HDMI or SDI connection. An SDI and HDMI loop output and additional SDI program output are available for monitoring while audio options include input via HDMI or SDI video signal, balanced XLR, or stereo RCA.
Compatibility. This capture device should work with most HD and UHD camera outputs, but for all supported resolutions and frame rates check the chart in the “Resources” section of this page. Computers that feature UVC and UAC USB Webcam drivers have support on a system level, and software that can ingest a USB Webcam will play nice with the Web Presenter.
Front Panel Device Control We include the Teranex Mini Smart Panel for on-device control of input switching and menu settings. This adds a front LCD panel to the Web Presenter that is very useful for checking input signal status.
