The Canon BG-E7 Battery Grip is an optional battery grip for the Canon 7D. Key features include:
More Power. The Canon BG-E7 holds two LP-E6 or LP-E6N batteries to effectively double your camera’s battery life.
Added Stability. This grip offers a more stable and secure hold on the Canon 7D, making it easier to hand-hold at lower shutter speeds.
Improved Ergonomics and Controls. The BG-E7 also serves as a vertical grip, making it popular with portrait and event photographers. It gives you a whole slew of vertically positioned controls for shooting in portrait orientation. These include a second shutter release and a mode wheel.
Need Additional Batteries? This rental includes one battery in addition to the battery that comes with the 7D you’re renting. You can rent additional LP-E6 or LP-E6N batteries if you need them.
