Compatibility. The MA-400 Microphone Adapter is compatible with the Canon EOS C300 Mark II Dual Pixel EF and EOS C300 Mark II PL cameras. It’s also compatible with the Canon XC15. However, it comes standard with that camera so there’s no need to rent it separately.
Audio Inputs. This adapter expands the C300 Mark II’s default audio inputs. It adds two XLR and one 3.5mm line-in audio inputs for external microphone use.
Microphone Holder. The built-in clamp accepts any of our external shotgun microphones.
Powered Via Camera. We include (1) UN-5 unit cable that pulls juice from the cinema camera to power the MA-400 adapter.
Level Controls. On the top of the unit, there are level controls for switching between auto and manual, as well as basic balancing. These controls are behind a translucent cover to minimize accidental adjustment while retaining visibility.
