The Canon PowerShot D30 Underwater Camera is a compact point and shoot camera that’s waterproof down to 82 feet. Key features include:
12.1MP 1/2.3" HS CMOS Sensor. Produces high quality images with decent ISO performance. Additionally, it records 1080p Full HD video at 24 fps.
5x Zoom. It offers a zoom equivalent to 28-140mm f/3.9-4.8 that makes it useful as an all-around travel camera. The Intelligent 6-Mode Image Stabilization automatically selects which optical stabilization mode will work best for what you’re shooting, helping to eliminate camera shake.
Durable. The D30 waterproof to 82 feet, shockproof from 6.5 feet, and freezeproof down to 14°F.
Other Notable Features. The Smart AUTO setting automatically selects from 32 preset shooting modes, enabling true point-and-shoot functionality that lets you focus on what’s in front of you rather than settings.
The built-in GPS tracker records location and local time into EXIF data when above water, but please note that this function does not work underwater. Images are recorded to SDHC/XC memory cards (we include a 16GB card, but you may want a larger card for extended use), and the included rechargeable battery is rated for 300 shots per charge.
