3x Brighter Than Popular Mobile Devices. The DJI CrystalSky 7.85" Ultra-Bright Monitor’s largest selling point is the increased brightness over other drone monitoring options like the DJI mobile app. The 2000 cd/m2 LCD panel provides about three times as much brightness as popular iOS and Android mobile devices. Additionally, we’re including a monitor hood to ensure you can shoot in even the brightest of light.
Android OS. The Crystal Sky line of monitors feature a custom Android operating system that is preloaded with the DJI Go app. Maps can be dowloaded via Wi-Fi for use while offline, and the monitor is compatible with 4G USB dongles. This option is not available from our store, and would have to be sourced elsewhere. If you’ve used the DJI Go app on mobile devices, all features carry over to this standalone monitor.
Inputs, Outputs, & Memory. The monitor communicates with DJI controllers via USB Micro or Type C ports and has a 4K HDMI output for liveview and video playback. This 7.85" ultra-bright version features 128GB of internal memory for H.264 or H.265 recording and two MicroSD card slots for supplementing that storage space.
Mounting. A DJI Crystal Sky Mounting Bracket is included with this rental so, even if your Inspire 2 or Phantom 4 Pro controller has an older mounting bracket, you’ll be covered.
Compatibility. This monitor is designed specifically for use with DJI drones. Our Inspire 2 X7 / X5S / X4S / Controller and DJI Phantom 4 Pro V2.0 packages are our only rental options that will work with this monitor kit.
