Compact Lightweight Slider. The Edelkrone Wing 7 Slider is a super compact slider that collapses to a mere six inches long but provides 1.3 ft of horizontal movement. This is quite a feat. Even compact traditional sliders would require additional cases for transport, but it’s likely you can find room for the Wing 7 inside your camera bag. The slider’s weight is manageable at only 3 lbs. Friction can be dialed in with a single knob on the bottom of the slider.
Designed For DSLRs & Small Camcorders. This version of the Wing slider works well with DSLRs, mirrorless cameras, and camcorders up to 7 lbs. A ball head is not included but is recommended for the best use of this equipment. The Giottos MH1302 ballhead is a good, lightweight option for cameras in the Wing 7’s weight class.
