70/30 Beamplitter Glass. The beamsplitter on the Glide Gear iPad Smartphone Teleprompter is made from 70/30 glass that provides sharp text on the screen side and no noticeable image degradation to the image passed through to the camera.
Compatible With Most Mobile Devices. This projector works with tablets rather than a built-in monitor, making it both more affordable and easier to work with than a more traditional teleprompter. Tablet teleprompter apps allow you to easily adjust settings and edit scripts. Many even allow control through bluetooth remotes or smartphones. If you’ve got your own tablet you can use, great. If not, our iPad Pro is compatible. You’ll just have to purchase and download your own teleprompter app.
Threaded Mounting Options. This teleprompter will mount to tripods featuring 1/4"-20 or 3/8"-16 threaded screws. There is no option for rail mounts, but if you need to be able to rail mount a teleprompter, we also offer the ikan Elite V2 Universal Tablet Teleprompter that accommodates larger cameras and lenses.
