Secondary Light Reflector. The Leica SF 64 Flash boasts a unique secondary light reflector with two output levels, which lets you evenly illuminate your subjects.
Output and Operation. The SF 64 covers a 24-200mm (full-frame) zoom range, which you can expand to 12mm with the integrated wide-angle diffuser. It has a flash output of GN:210’ @ ISO 100/200mm. Manual power control allows you to adjust from full 1/1 to 1/256 power, or to adjust exposure-compensation ranges from -3 to +3 EV in one-third step increments.
Optimized for Cameras with TTL Support. This flash is optimized for cameras with TTL support, like the Leica M – Typ 240, Q – Typ 116, and SL – Typ 601.
Versatility. Bounce the light off walls, the ceiling, or any which way you want to angle it with the SF 64’s 99° of tilt and 300° of rotation. This flash is powered via four AA batteries (not included), which will give you roughly 220 full-power flashes with a recycle time varying from 0.1-4 seconds based on power level.
Additional Features. The rear color touchscreen LCD lets you quickly and easily access and change settings. A modeling light lets you preview lighting and shadows before you take your shot. You get high-speed first and second curtain-sync options; automatic fill-in flash, rapid, strobe, and servo flash with learning-curve modes; and manual flash exposure correction and bracketing. Finally, a wireless slave mode gives you access to instant sync and pre-flash settings.
