The Twist 60 Optic is a specialty optic unit designed to work with any of Lensbaby’s Optic Swap lens bodies (see Recommended on the left-hand side of this page). Key features include:

Optic Unit Only. This is just the Twist 60 Optic. We’re renting it separately to give users the flexibility to choose which lens body and optic is right for them. See Recommended on the left-hand side of this page for compatible lens bodies in various mounts.
Twist 60 Optic. This 60mm normal range optic produces out-of-focus areas with an effect Lensbaby describes as “twisty, swirly blur,” similar to what you’d get with other manufacturers’ Petzval-style lenses. While it’s designed to work best in the Straight Body lens, it’s also fully-compatible with other Optics Swap lens bodies like the Composer Pro.
f/2.5 Maximum Aperture. The Twist 60 offers an aperture range of f/2.5 – 22, with the “twisty, swirly blur” size getting smaller as you stop down. The twelve-blade internal aperture produces a circular bokeh at all stops that you can’t get out of many substantially more expensive pro lenses.
Optimized For Full-Frame. According to the manufacturer, the Twist 60 is designed for 35mm full-frame cameras. While there’s nothing preventing you from using the Twist 60 with an APS-C crop-frame camera, the “twisty, swirly blur” is more noticeable with the larger sensor.
