Nikon G to Sony E. This adapter lets you take advantage of the large pool of Nikon F-mount lenses, including the G-series lenses that lack manual aperture rings. The adapter works with both APS-C Sony E-mount cameras like the Sony a6500, and the full-frame a7/a7R cameras.

Integrated Aperture Ring. The adapter has a mechanical aperture ring that allows you to make precision aperture adjustments by hand. If you set the camera to shoot in AV mode, it will accurately autometer but is limited to manual focusing.

What This Adapter Doesn’t Do. This adapter provides no electronic communication between the camera and lens. You must make all focus adjustments manually on the lens itself. The aperture you select with this adapter won’t be displayed on the camera, and it won’t show up in the EXIF data.
