The Rokinon AF 45mm f/1.8 FE for Sony E is a sleek and versatile fast-aperture prime for full-frame Sony E-Mount cameras. Key features include:
Bright Aperture/Normal Field of View. The Rokinon AF 45mm f/1.8 FE’s focal length offers a normal field of view that’s useful for just about any type of photography. The f/1.8 aperture provides great low-light performance while giving you increased control over depth of field for subject-background isolation and selective focus. Using an APS-C camera? This lens will give you a 67.5mm equivalent focal length.
Advanced Optical Design. The six-group/seven-element design incorporates two aspherical elements and one extra-low dispersion element to help control distortions, aberrations, and color fringing, all while retaining sharpness and clarity at any aperture or focus distance. The Ultra Multi-Coating controls ghosting and flare for a contrasty, color-neutral image, while the nine-blade aperture makes for some pleasing bokeh.
Linear STM Autofocus Motor. The 45mm f/1.8’s autofocus motor works in conjunction with Sony cameras’ focusing systems to provide quick, precise, and nearly silent autofocus control. You also get manual-focus override for even greater precision. The internal-focusing design maintains the lens’s overall length while keeping the front of the lens from rotating.
