The Sony SMAD-P3D Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter allows the Sony UWP-D Two Channel Wireless Lavalier Mic Kit to communicate with Sony cameras through their Multi-Interface shoe. Key features include:
Shoe Communication with Select Sony Cameras. With this optional Sony SMAD-P3D Multi-Interface Shoe Adapter, the Sony UWP-D Two Channel Wireless Lavalier Mic Kit can transmit two channels of audio through a compatible Sony camera’s multi-interface shoe adapter without additional cables.
Power. The shoe adapter’s power is provided by a MI shoe connector on a compatible Sony camera. Wireless receiver on/off status can be controlled by the attached camera.
Audio Mixing. Incoming audio can be mixed and adjusted right from the lav receiver’s menu.
Compatibility. This adapter works great with the Sony PXW-FS7M2 and PXW-Z280.
