The Sony XLR-K2M XLR Adapter Kit with Microphone allows you to connect professional-quality microphones, mixing consoles, and sound studios to cameras equipped with a Multi-Interface Shoe, including Sony’s a7 series, RX series, and select camcorders.
The Sony XLR-K2M XLR Adapter Kit with Microphone gives you everything you need to connect professional audio gear to the Sony a7S II and capture superb sound.
This kit includes:
- XLR-K2M XLR adapter
- ECM-XM1 shotgun microphone
- Windscreen
- Carrying case
XLR Input. This adapter provides two pre-amplified XLR inputs with support for +48v phantom power. It’s compatible with both powered and passive microphones.
Microphone Included. We include Sony’s popular ECM-XM1 microphone for capturing high quality scratch audio. The XM1 is a monophonic microphone with a hybrid bidirectional/shotgun pickup pattern.
Compact Design. The XLR-K2M’s extremely compact and lightweight construction helps to add many features to your camera without also adding a lot of bulk.
