Fisheye Conversion. When attached to the Sony FE 28mm f/2, the Sony 16mm Fisheye Conversion Lens converts the normally FE 28mm lens to a 16mm fisheye, expanding the field of view from 75º to 180º while still covering full-frame sensors. Since it’s designed specifically for the FE 28mm, EXIF data is transferred to the camera. Please note that the 16mm Fisheye Conversion reduces the maximum aperture of the lens to f/3.5.

Optics. The conversion lens is comprised of five elements in four groups and has minimal effect on image quality. The built-in petal hood helps to minimize lens flare.

Sony FE 28mm f/2 Required. This conversion lens requires the Sony FE 28mm f/2, which is a separate rental item. It will not mount to a camera without this host lens.
