What’s New. The Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di II VC HLD offers an updated autofocus motor, four-stop image stabilization, and refined optics.
Common Uses. This lens provides an 16-38mm equivalent focal range. It’s perfect for capturing sweeping landscapes and cityscapes, and it offers the flexibility to zoom in and narrow the field of view.
HLD Autofocus System. The HLD motor provides smooth, nearly silent autofocus performance. The motor also gives you full-time manual control, and this lens has a 9.4-inch minimum focusing distance.
High-Quality Optics. The updated sixteen-element/eleven-group optical design features one extra-low dispersion element and one low-dispersion element to help minimize chromatic aberrations while maximizing clarity and sharpness. Its advanced BBAR coating reduces ghosting and lens flare to improve performance. The seven-blade electromagnetic diaphragm gives you pleasing bokeh.
Built-In VC Image Stabilization. The built-in Vibration Compensation minimizes the appearance of camera shake for up to four stops, letting you shoot hand-held in low-light conditions.
