The Teradek VidiU Go is a streaming video encoder with SDI & HDMI inputs that allow you to share video to popular video streaming platforms like Facebook Live, Twitch, and YouTube via Wi-Fi & Ethernet. Key features include:
Stream live video to platforms like Facebook, Twitch, & YouTube
SDI & HDMI video inputs
Records backups to microSD media
Stream via Wi-Fi & Ethernet
Compact Video Streaming. The Teradek VidiU Go expands on the inputs and outputs of the Teradek VidiU Pro with dual HDMI / SDI inputs for broader compatibility with professional ENG cameras. Video can be output via Wi-Fi & Ethernet, and the box itself is small enough to be mounted camera-top.
Requires Internet Access to Function. The quality of your experience with the Teradek VidiU Go Wireless Streaming Video Encoder will be dependent upon the speed and reliability of your internet access. We always recommend a wired Ethernet connection, but for situations where Wi-Fi is your only option, we recommend 15 Mbps internet speed for 1080p streaming.
Flexible Streaming Options. The VidiU Go supports a range of different live-streaming services like Facebook, YouTube Live, Vimeo, Persicope, Twitch, Wowza, Ustream, Livestream, or any RTMP Platform. This version of the VidiU adds HEVC streaming via H.265 encoding to compatible services.
Bonded Streaming. The VidiU Go is capable of bonded streaming, but this feature requires a subscription to the Teradek Core service.
microSD Card Backup. You can record your stream to a microSD card. This allows you to archive, make quick edits, and redistribute footage to other video services.
Built-in Battery. The internal lithium-polymer battery allows operation without the need for external power, but we also include an AC adapter for powering and recharging.
