The Tilta Nucleus-Nano is a complete and compact wireless lens control system designed for select handheld gimbals, and the predecessor to the Nano-Nucleus II. Key features include:
Includes mounting plates, rod, and power cable
Pull focus from up to 300’ away with no delay
Run/stop functions, A/B limits
Compatible with Nucleus-M and Nano II
Focus Handwheel. The Tilta Nucleus-Nano Wireless Focus Control System includes a handwheel that controls the focus motor. This controller operates via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, lasts for up to six hours on a single 3.7V 14500 battery, and works with no latency. It can even pull focus from up to 300 feet away from the motor, perfect for complex gimbal or mounting setups.
Wireless Control. To ensure adjusting focus is as precise as possible, the focus handwheel can set hard A and B limits, and can start or stop a recording, all without touching the lens or camera. We’ve even included the mounting gear necessary to use the handwheel on gimbals like the DJI RS 2.
Focus Motor. Along with the rod, clamp, D-Tap power cable lens gears, and camera control cables, this kit includes the lens control motor necessary to pull focus on most lenses. Featuring automatic and manual calibration and a low noise motor that operates with 0.65 to 1 Nm of torque, this motor is also compatible with the Nucleus-M FIZ hand unit and handgrips.
Power and Connectivity Solved. This kit includes a battery charger and two batteries necessary to power the handwheel, along with a cable that can be used to power the focus motor via d-tap power. Please note, the d-tap cable can only be used to power the focus motor, and the handwheel’s USB port can only be used for firmware updates. Attempting to power the handwheel via USB will cause damage. We’ve also included three camera control cables for use with compatible cameras for run/stop control. Please note: These are the only cables designed to work with this kit, any other cables, even from Tilta, will not be compatible.
