Compatibility. The Apple Magic Keyboard for 11-inch iPad Pro is only compatible with the first gen. Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (Wi-Fi + GPS) 512GB 2018 and second gen. Apple iPad Pro 11-inch (Wi-Fi + GPS) 512GB 2020. It does not work with any other size iPad Pro, or any non-Pro models.

Designed for Comfort. The Magic Keyboard features a floating cantilever design, which allows you to magnetically attach your 11-inch iPad Pro and adjust it to the most comfortable viewing angle. Once you’re done, the keyboard doubles as a cover that protects the front and back of the iPad Pro.

iPadOS Touchpad. The multi-gesture touchpad lets you move a cursor around in iPadOS applications such as word processors and spreadsheets.
