No. This card will perform the same as Sony SxS media in other cameras, but availability will be better for non-ARRI versions of SxS media.
We have the Sony 256GB SxS PRO+ D Series Memory Card available separately.
No. Due to speed limitations, this card is only capable of capturing ProRes when used with a compatible ALEXA camera.
The ALEXA Classic is natively compatible with this card but the XT, SXT W, and LF cameras all require a Codex adapter.
If you are renting this alongside our ARRI ALEXA LF Basic Camera Set, a Codex SxS to SXR adapter will be included with the camera by default.
