Yes! We now offer the DJI Quick Release High-Altitude Propellers for Inspire 2. This set features a larger propeller pitch that gives your Inspire 2 drone more propulsion force in higher altitudes with thinner air.
Yes. The Inspire 2 can’t fly with a battery pair that has a charge discrepancy greater than 13%. For best performance, you should sync batteries as pairs in the app before flying or charging. In some cases, you may need to update the firmware to successfully sync a battery pair.

No. The X4S camera is not capable of recording to CineSSD memory.
This version of the Inspire 2 records to microSD memory cards. We include (1) Sandisk UHS-1 microSDXC 32GB Extreme Plus U3 with the rental of this drone. If you’ll be continuously shooting without enough downtime to copy over the memory card, you will likely want additional microSD memory cards.
When you rent a second remote alongside an Inspire 2 drone package, you have the option to enable Dual Operator Mode. With one remote controlling the drone and the other remote controlling the gimbal and camera, this mode allows for finer control of flight-path and camera movement using a primary-and-secondary configuration.
We’ll update firmware as the equipment moves through our building. However, as drone firmware is updated on an almost daily basis, the user must ensure the firmware is current before flight. Without up-to-date firmware, drone functionality could be limited. Access to the internet is required to update drone firmware.
Firmware can be updated through an internet-connected computer using the supplied USB Male A by USB Male A cable. Firmware can also be updated through the app on an internet connected phone, or tablet, using the mobile device’s USB charger cable (not supplied).
The mobile device holder can fit up to an iPad Air sized device (no more than 6.69 in. tall).
No. The Inspire 2 is currently only compatible with X4S and X5S cameras.
No. The Inspire 2 with X4S camera can only record H.264 and H.265 files to microSD cards.
