Are there any reported issues using the DJI GO App?

Customers have reported functionality issues with the DJI GO App. Performance/reliability can vary between different phone models, and with the app being the only way to operate the device, we must stress that this is a USE AT YOUR OWN RISK situation. To be clear, if the app disconnects while you are recording, you will lose that clip.

Does this rental include a charger?

This rental includes the Osmo Mobile with an Osmo charger.

Is this stabilizer compatible with my smartphone?

The Osmo Mobile supports smartphones measuring from 58.6mm-84.8mm wide and up to 8.4mm thick. This covers most currently available phones, from the iPhone SE to the iPhone 7 Plus and Android phones of similar sizes. Please note that actual compatibility might be affected by the accessories/cases attached to your phone. You should also consider certain form factors, including side-button layout, when determining whether this stabilizer will work with your phone.
