Not all M-mount lenses are compatible with this adapter. We can confirm that the following lenses do not work: Leica 24mm f/1.4 Summilux M ASPH, Voigtlander 35mm f/1.2 II Nokton, and Zeiss ZM 35mm f/2.8 Biogon.
