The MIOPS Camera Trigger is a versatile and compact camera trigger that allows you to capture those in the moment shots without the movement of physically touching the camera. Key features include:
Trigger Happy. The MIOPS Camera Trigger can be operated in six different modes: Lightning Mode captures those split second shots of lighting, Laser Mode takes a shot when a laser is broken, useful for detecting subjects such as water drops, animals, or intruders when conducting surveillance, and Sound Mode takes a shot when a loud noise occurs, like popping a balloon or breaking glass.
Timelapse and HDR. In addition to the cooler modes listed above, this unit offers Timelapse Mode, which allows you to select an interval of time between one second and one hour and how many photos you want taken. When using Timelapse Mode, the LCD will turn off to conserve energy so that you can Timelapse for days on end with an external power source. HDR Mode allows you set a center exposure, as well as the over and under exposures needed to get that perfect HDR imaging.
Ports and Additional Features. There is an external port on the MIOPS triggers that enables use of any external trigger that has an output signal between 0V and 3V, such as a temperature, pressure, or humidity sensor. To charge the battery or update the firmware, there is a USB port available as well. Not only does this device trigger your camera, there is an extra output to trigger a flash as well.
Compatibility. The MIOPS can be used with any cameras which have a remote shutter trigger port or an IR port, and any and flash units with a PC sync jack.
