Only for Nikon Z-mount cameras

DX and FX compatible
Nikon Z System. The Nikon Z 58mm f/0.95 S Noct was designed specifically for cameras in Nikon’s Z-mount system. Z-mount lenses only work with Z-mount cameras, and Z-mount cameras are only compatible with Z-mount lenses.
Normal-Range Prime. The 58mm focal length is a blend between a normal and short portrait length lens, making it a great high-quality option for both full-frame and crop-frame shooters. When used with a DX-sensor camera, it has an effective focal length of 87mm.
Very Fast Aperture. The ultra-fast f/0.95 aperture provides flexibility to shoot in even the lowest of light. It also works in conjunction with the eleven-blade diaphragm to enable paper-thin depth of field for extreme subject/background isolation.
High-Quality Optics. The Nikon Z 58mm f/0.95’s ten-group/seventeen-element optical design features four extra-low dispersion elements and three aspherical elements to promote sharpness and color rendering while limiting chromatic aberrations. Nikon has applied ARNEO, Nano Crystal, and Super Integrated coatings to the elements to combat ghosting and lens flare, even when you’re working in bright or backlit conditions.
Manual-Focus Design. This lens’s precision manual-focusing system gives you a 1.6-foot minimum focusing distance, while an OLED information panel on top of the lens displays focus distance, depth of field, and aperture-setting information to help you quickly and simply see lens settings and hyperfocal distances.
Design and Control. You can use the programmable control ring for quiet aperture control or exposure compensation, while an assignable L.Fn button works together with your camera’s Fn button to facilitate quick exposure-setting and function changes. The electromagnetic aperture mechanism gives you greater exposure-control stability that’s crucial when working with fast continuous-shooting rates. The rotating tripod collar helps keep things stable when you’re using this lens on a tripod or monopod.
