Is the magnetic attachment strong enough to keep the camera in place if this base were used in an upside down setup?

No. While the camera can be placed upside down, the magnetic attachment is not strong enough to hold the camera on its base upside down.

Does this rental include the USB splitter?

This rental doesn’t include the USB splitter. If you need it, please request it in the Special Instructions box during checkout and we’ll include it with your order at no additional cost.

Does OBSBOT Tail Air support recording while live streaming?

Yes! The Tail Air is equipped with an on-board microSD slot and supports recording to a card up to 512GB.
Please note, this rental does not include memory cards by default but we do offer microSDXC cards and readers as separate rental items.

Is it possible to remote control the camera through LAN?

Yes! OBSBOT Tail Air has a built-in ethernet port and natively supports VISCA control via LAN.
Please note, this rental does not include an NDI license upgrade. If you need NDI for your upcoming shoot, contact us and one of our knowledgeable staff members will be happy to help you find the best gear for your needs!
