The Profoto OCF II Filter (Blue) is an add-on accessory for the Profoto OCF II Barndoors and Profoto OCF II Grid and Gel Kit. The filter attaches magnetically for effects lighting and multiple filters and grids can be stacked to expand lighting modification. Yes, in order to attach this gel to a Profoto light, you will need to rent or supply a Profoto OCF II Grid and Gel Kit.

Will this work with lights other than OCF II systems from Profoto?

No. These filters are specifically designed for use with the Profoto OCF II Barndoors and Profoto OCF II Grid and Gel Kit. These accessories will only work with Profoto OCF II systems.
