Exceptionally Bright HD Monitor. The SmallHD 7-inch 703 UltraBright On-Camera Monitor’s 2,200-nit brightness means that you can use it in full sunlight. Its 10-bit, Full HD, 1920 × 1080 LCD monitor provides an extremely sharp image with a 323 PPI pixel density. Despite being an LCD, the 703 is able to produce 70% NTSC Color Gamut, rivaling the color capabilities of OLED technology.

Page Builder OS. Page Builder OS is the 703 LED’s intuitive GUI, which gives you quick access to all of the monitor’s advanced functions. It spares you the headache of menu diving by letting you apply user adjustable software tools—such as focus assist, waveform, and frame guides—to quick access “pages.”

HDMI/SDI. This monitor features SDI and HDMI inputs and outputs with built-in cross conversion. Its Dual-View function, which allows either two SDI or an SDI and an HDMI input to be displayed side-by-side, is a serious advantage for A/B camera setups and for viewing LOG and DeLOG footage on-set. You can also apply tools to each source individually.

Feature-Rich. This monitor’s built-in suite of tools includes 3D LUTs support, automatic image rotate and overlay, pixel zoom, anamorphic de-squeeze, waveform, and vectorscope.

Gold Mount Battery Plate. This version of the monitor includes a cable-less gold mount battery plate for powering the monitor with a number of gold mount battery options. Do note an actual Gold Mount battery and charger are not included.
