We have a variety of wireless kits available designed to fit into just about any workflow. The key differences are the monitor, the Bolt 4K Module, and the battery plate. Each receiver is compatible with each other and either of the transmitter options, but there are some limitations.
702 Touch vs INDIE 7: These are the monitors the kits include, and while both are great options, there are a few notable differences. The 702 Touch is slightly more expensive, features a maximum brightness of 1500 nits, 8-Bit color depth, and a DCI-P3 color space. The INDIE 7 is slightly cheaper, but has a dimmer 1000 nits, 10-Bit color depth, and displays a more narrow range of colors.
Bolt 4K 1500’ vs 750’: The wireless ranges found on the Bolt 4K modules is rated for either 1500’ or 750’. Which one you choose will depend on how large of a venue you’ll be shooting in. If you’re in a larger space and aren’t sure exactly how far apart the transmitter and receiver will be, it might be safer to pick the larger ranged options. Keep in mind, even if you use a transmitter rated for 1500 feet, if the receiver is a 750’ model, it’ll won’t receive a signal from distances greater than 750 feet.
V-Mount vs Gold Mount: We offer each of these kits with either a V-mount battery plate or a gold mount battery plate. If you’re already using a specific type of battery for other parts of your workflow, it would be convenient to choose a kit with the compatible battery plate.
Directors Monitor vs Standard: We offer versions of these kits that include the SmallHD Handles and Neck Strap kit, if you wish to turn your monitor into a Director’s Monitor. If you don’t need these, choose the standard model.
Remember, each of these kits will work with each other, just make sure the distance between the transmitter and receiver does not exceed the range of the Bolt 4K module with the lowest rated distance.

A Bolt 4K transmitter can send video to up to six receivers.
All Teradek Bolt 4K modules are cross compatible, so this receiver will work with any Bolt 4K transmitter. If it isn’t a Bolt 4K module, it won’t work.
