Yes, the Sony ECM-G1 Ultracompact Camera-Mount Vlogger Shotgun Microphone can be connected to the 3.5mm mic input on a Rode Wireless GO II Transmitter to send audio wirelessly to the Wireless GO II Receiver.

Is the reader adapter natively compatible with USB-A devices?

This adapter isn’t natively compatible with USB-A devices.
