Handwheel Controller with Touchscreen. The Tilta Nucleus Nano II Wireless Control System w/ Handle Kit includes the Tilta Nucleus Nano II Handwheel Controller, a compact focus, iris, and zoom control unit with a built-in 1.6-inch touchscreen that lets you view an array of status indicators and parameters, including wireless channel, Wi-Fi status, battery life, Bluetooth connectivity, and standby status. The controller operates via 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, lasts for up to seven hours on a single charge of its internal battery, and works with no latency. A USB-C port lets you charge the internal battery, use a wired connection with compatible cameras, and use separately available batteries and power accessories.

Custom Control Configurations. The included Tilta Nucleus Nano II Control Handle opens up a wide range of focus, iris, zoom, and VND control options, both independent from and incorporating the handwheel controller. If you use the control handle and handwheel controller separately, each of them can use up to two control channels. If you use them in tandem, you’ll get up to four control channels for each. A powered NATO module that sends power from the handle’s internal battery to the control handle and handwheel controller for extended use.

FIZ Lens Control Motor. This kit also includes the Tilta Nucleus Nano II FIZ Lens Control Motor that you’ll need to pull focus on most lenses. This low-noise motor features automatic and manual lens calibration, and it operates at five times the torque of its predecessor. It’s designed to be positioned set off from the main gearing, which prevents it from pushing away from the lens, and its 0.8 MOD gear makes it compatible with most cinema-standard lenses. The motor has two USB-C ports, one that’s input/output, and one that’s input only. These ports can power the motor and provide pass-through power to multiple motors so that you can control FIZ from a single source.

Power and Connectivity Solved. This rental includes three USB 3.1 Type-C to Type-C cable and a one-port USB charger so that you can charge and power this kit’s components. This kit also includes a D-Tap to USB-C cable that can be used to power the focus motor and give you up to 14.8V for maximum torque.
