While we send out this slider with 3/8 threading so that you can mount a head to it, there’s no way to mount a camera directly to it.

This rental only includes the Kessler Pocket Dolly, 3/8"-16 mounting hardware, a crank handle, and a padded case. You can see recommended accessories, like fluid heads and tripod legs, under Recommended on the left-hand side of this page.

Whether it happens during shipping, traveling, or use, at some point in your shoot the slider will likely drift out of adjustment and need some tuning. Kessler has provided a good video to teach you how to perform this maintenance, so prepare yourself now to be able do this when necessary.
