Female Shoe With Universal Mount. This arm features Wooden’s Ultra Arm Hot Shoe on one side, with a tool-less 3/8"-16 screw knob on the opposing side. This provides extremely simplified attachment of third party accessories like the SmallHD Focus OLED SDI, Ambient 204 Time Code Sync Box, or RODE Stereo VideoMic X to accessory threaded holes. The center thumbscrew ratchets to allow for easy positioning and both ends feature rubber pads for more secure support.

All-Metal Construction. With the exception of a couple rubber-lined components to ensure rock-solid secure mounting, all weight-bearing components are all-metal. While Wooden doesn’t mention any sort of maximum weight capacity, we’d guesstimate it can handle up to 5 lbs easily.
