Designed for Musicians. The Zoom Q2n-4K Handy Video Recorder is not designed to compete with the GoPro’s of the world, but has a feature set curated towards live performance. Coming in at less than a pound, the Q2n captures high-quality audio and video from a guitar headstock, or a microphone stand, or in the middle of the rehearsal space. Its ease of use and affordability make it a much more compelling option than other compact cameras, while still providing satisfactory results.

4K HDR Footage. The Zoom Q2n comfortably records 4K at 30 fps, and HDR technology means bright stage lights won’t get in the way of capturing quality footage, and the f/2.8 aperture keeps the image clear even in moody studio lighting. The wide angle lens has a native 150° FOV, but with five selectable FOV options, you can frame tighter, close up shots with ease.

Ease of Use. 12 scene modes are available for common lighting situations, and the Q2n can use ambient lighting to pick whichever works best wherever you perform. To make things even more simple, recording footage is as simple as pressing a button. Compatible with microSD cards up to 256GB, you can safely record an entire rehearsal or show onto a single card without worrying about running out of space. Please note, recording times will vary based on video resolution and battery life. The Q2n is powered by 2 AA batteries with a max runtime of 2 hours.

High Quality Audio. The Zoom Q2n features 2 stereo condenser microphones arranged in an X/Y pattern that can withstand sounds up to 120 dB, perfect for even louder rock concerts. Audio-only mode allows you to record standalone WAV files up to 24-bit/96 kHz. Audio functions include auto gain, a low-cut filter, a 3.5mm line-in/mic-in port, and a headphone output.
