Dual-Band. This wireless module operates on 2.4GHz and 5GHz bands, improving signal strength and reliability, even around various other wireless devices.
Compact Design. The AJ-WM50P is a small wireless module that fixes to compatible Panasonic cameras through the USB Host terminal. Most camcorders feature a thin protective cover for discrete and protected use.
Panasonic Compatibility. The range of features made remotely accessible by this wireless module is as varied as the camera systems for which it is compatible. Most camera models are limited to single camera control functions, though the CX350 is able to connect up to eight cameras for switchable single camera control. For questions regarding camera compatibility you may refer to your camera model’s manual or contact us to discuss the particular needs of your shoot.
Smart Device Required. The Panasonic ROP apps are available for most iOS devices but there is limited Android compatibility at this time. Please refer to the Resources section of this page to determine whether or not your device is approved for remote control. If you need an iOS device, we also offer the Apple iPad Mini 4 and the Apple iPad Mini 5 as a separate rental items.
Monitor Not Included. To take advantage full advantage of the AJ-WM50P features, we recommend using an external monitor (not included) for playback and menu reference.
