H.264 Video Streaming. The Teradek Cube 655 H.264 HD Encoder in many ways acts like a VidiU Go with its dual HDMI / SDI inputs, RTMP streaming, and wireless connectivity but less focus on 4G/LTE streaming. Like the VidiU Go, output is via Wi-Fi & Ethernet, and the box itself is still small enough to be mounted camera-top. If you’d like HEVC streaming on top of these features, check out the Teradek Cube 755 HEVC/H.264 HD Encoder.
Requires Internet Access to Function. The quality of your experience with the Teradek Cube 655 will be dependent upon the speed and reliability of your internet access. We always recommend a wired Ethernet connection, but for situations where Wi-Fi is your only option, we recommend 50 Mbps internet speed for high bitrate 1080p streaming.
Flexible Streaming Options. This encoder supports a range of different live-streaming services like Facebook, YouTube Live, Vimeo, Persicope, Twitch, Wowza, Ustream, Livestream, or any RTMP Platform.
SD Card Backup. You can record your stream to an SD card. This allows you to archive, make quick edits, and redistribute footage to other video services.
AC & D-tap Power. This streaming device can be powered via its 2-pin LEMO input with the included AC adapter or by plugging the included d-tap cable into your d-tap power source. Please note that no d-tap power source is included with this rental.
