Solid Yet Lightweight Construction. This plate is constructed from a strong and sturdy aluminum alloy and features built-in 3/8"-16 and 1/4"-20 threads for tripod or quick release plate mounting. And thanks to its weight-reducing cutout design, it adds less weight to your rig than other dovetail plates.

Safety Release Buttons. There are safety release buttons at both the front and back end of the dovetail. Accessories that hang below the level of the baseplate and are therefore difficult to slide off the back end of the dovetail can be easily removed thanks to the front-end safety release.

Removable stopper screws. If so desired, two removable stopper screws can be used for added security and stability, and if not needed can be parked on the plate.

Compatible Tripods. Mounts natively to O’Connor 2060/2575/120EX and Sachtler Cine 30 tripods but can be mounted to other tripods.
