No. We can only recommend the SkyLink system and ARRI Stellar App for use with ARRI DMX-capable lights. Although connection is possible with other lights, full functionality might not be available or consistent.
Stellar comes with a 10 day free trial when you signup. After the trial period, a monthly subscription is $9.99, and a yearly subscription is $99.99.
