No. This is just a viewfinder mount bracket. You can find the MVF-1 viewfinder here.
Yes, provided that you first attach an ARRI MAP-2 adapter plate (not included) or something very similar that can accommodate the 4" rods and cross pipe of this bracket set.
This bracket will not mount to the camera on its own. The VAB-1 assembly with the 2 rods needs to slide into an LWS plate, which is not included. The MAP-2, like that found in the ARRI ALEXA Mini Cage, is recommended.
