I was impressed that they'd do this, especially after I mentioned this isn't a critical piece of equipment for my trip, just something I'd like to play with for a while. A few hours after hanging up, I got an update from the agent mentioning they'd talked to the shipping company and, if it doesn't get to my home by the next day, to get back in contact to arrange the drop shipment. A couple hours after that, the shipper "found" the teleconverter, it came the next day, and I was able to pack and take it.
