What’s Changed. The Kessler Second Shooter Pro Complete Kit has a few improvements over the “Plus” version such as a redesigned controller housing, more power options that include 2-pin Lemo and AC inputs, much improved WiFi range to 200ft, and Bluetooth compatibility for use with third-party devices and the Second Shooter Remote App.

Payload. The motor included with this kit is capable of moving mirrorless and DSLR cameras up to 10 pounds (15 lbs horizontal slide, 50 lbs panning) with ease. If your shoot requires sliding a larger cinema style or other heavier cameras, please check out the Kessler Second Shooter High Torque 500 Series Motor. If you need full pan/tilt functionality for a larger rig, look at the Kessler Crane CineShooter Pan & Tilt Head.

Mobile App. The Second Shooter Remote app is available for iPhone and Android mobile devices and allows users to program up to 10 position movements with easy keyframe support. You’ll also be able to control time-lapse functions and update firmware on Second Shooter Pro hardware.

Camera Control Cable Required for Time-Lapse. Using the Kessler Second Shooter Pro for time-lapse requires the use of a specific shutter release cable tailored to whatever camera you plan to use. To avoid making you pay and sort through a bag of unnecessary cables, we rent all of these separately by camera system. Slider Not Included. This rental does not include a slider, but it will work with the Kessler 3-foot CineSlider, Kessler 5-foot CineSlider, or Kessler Pocket Dolly 3 Standard that can each be rented separately.
