The OM SYSTEM ED 100-400mm f/5-6.3 IS II is a supertelephoto 200-800mm equivalent zoom for Micro 4/3-mount cameras. Key features include:

Ideal Sports and Wildlife Lens. Weighing in at only 2.9 pounds, this supertelephoto is incredibly portable for the length you get – up to 800mm and even as long as 1600mm with the MC-20, allowing you ultimate reach out in the field.
Advanced Feature Set and Optics. Using advanced optics, the 100-400mm IS II is equipped with four extra-low dispersion lenses, two super-high refractive index lenses, and two high refractive index lenses for edge-to-edge sharpness and minimal ghosting and flaring, even in backlist conditions. This lens not only gives you incredible reach but it also provides a max image magnification of 0.57x (35mm equivalent). This, combined with a 4-foot shooting distance, makes this lens suitable for certain macro subjects — a unique feature for a supertelephoto lens. This lens also supports the focus stacking feature in compatible OM-System cameras.
Robust and Reliable Construction The 100-400mm IS II is designed to take on the elements with hermetic sealing that provides IPX1 splashproof protection. The internal zoom keeps the lens at just 8 inches and it is evenly balanced so that it can be easily hand-held out in the field. This IS II edition of the 100-400mm offers improved optical image stabilization that compensates for 4.5 stops throughout the entire range of the lens.
Try it with These Micro 4/3 Cameras This lens is compatible with OM System Sync IS for up to 7.5 stops of shutter speed compensation with compatible cameras, such as the OM-D E-M1X and the OM-D E-M1 Mark III. As of this writing, this combined lens/camera IS from OM System is considered to have the “world’s most effective stabilization performance”.
