Does this rental include the manual and software disc?

Will this light meter wirelessly trigger my PocketWizard devices?

This device will wirelessly trigger any PocketWizard device using legacy firmware. Unfortunately, as of April 2020, this device will not function with any PocketWizard radio device using the new E-Release firmware.
