Q & A

Does this camera include a USB cable for transferring footage?

No. We strongly recommend using a dedicated card reader to transfer footage. If you need a USB cable, please request it in the Special Instructions box during checkout.

Will this camera arrive with the lens attached and ready to shoot?

No. The lens ships detached to protect the mount. Lens calibration will be needed upon installation of the lens. Instruction can be found by clicking “Lens Adjustment” in the right column of this page.
