Is this compatible with all Z Cam E2 cameras?

No. This lens mount is designed specifically for the E2-M4 and can technically be attached to the Z Cam E2-S6, E2-F6, and E2-F8, with some vignetting.
The original Z Cam E2 and E2C have fixed mounts that cannot be removed.
