How can I change the resolution and frame rate?

You can adjust the resolution and frame rate through the WebUI and the IR remote. The dial has been phased out in recent firmware updates and can no longer be used to make adjustments.

How can I control the camera's movement?

The included keyboard offers an option for precise movements, but for basic camera controls, we suggest separately renting the BirdDog IR Remote.

Does this rental include a USB audio adapter?

This rental doesn’t include the BirdDog USB audio adapter by default.
If you need a USB audio adapter with your rental, please request it in the Special Instructions box during checkout and we’ll add one to your order at no additional cost.
