Media Player. The Blackmagic Design HyperDeck Shuttle HD features a large dial and buttons that allow you to search video libraries, select clips, play, and pause. The HyperDeck comes with a 1 gigabit ethernet port for external control, so you can use an ATEM switcher to control the HyperDeck remotely. It can connect to cameras, switchers, and monitors via HDMI for recording, streaming, or presenting.

SD and External Storage. The HyperDeck comes with an SD port compatible with UHS-II cards so you can record footage directly from a camera, and it can record to external storage devices via USB-C. If you’re using a Blackmagic MultiDock or USB hub, you can connect multiple external drives and record non-stop.

Broadcast Quality Recording. The HyperDeck supports codecs like DNx, ProRes, and H.264 perfect for broadcasting or streaming to websites like Youtube with excellent compression quality. Popular video editing softwares like Premiere Pro and Final Cut are compatible thanks to the common file formats used between them.

Built-In Teleprompter When put in teleprompter mode, the HyperDeck Shuttle HD can read standard RTF text files without using custom software. You can move between scripts, live scroll the text, and even adjust the size and font.
