The Custom Key and Dial give you direct control of aperture and shutter, while zebras and compositional aids help you properly frame and set your exposure.
Looks Setting. Added to provide you with easy access to creative imaging effects, the Looks Setting brings the Wide DR and Highlight Priority gamma modes first seen on the XA30 to the G40. Wide DR smooths out highlights and shadows, increasing dynamic range 600%, while the Highlight Priority gamma setting reduces highlights and mid-tone compression to hold the brightest areas of your image.
