Wired Camera Control. The Sony RM-30BP Wired Remote Controller gives users control of critical camera features such as camera start/stop, zoom, focus, exposure, and more at a distance of up to 50 feet. The controller can be attached to up to three cameras and control them simultaneously or independently. Please note, this rental only includes one cable for camera control. If you need multi-camera control, additional cables are available here as separate rental items.

Included Controls. The RM-30BP will allow for control of exposure settings like shutter, ISO, and iris as well as camera controls such as start/stop, white balance presets and adjustment, thumbnail, display, and ND filters. Focus and zoom controls include an independent wheel and rocker for each with a push button for toggling autofocus, and the entire menu is accessible for lesser-used settings changes.

Compatibility. This controller connects via a male to female LANC cable to communicate with compatible cameras. It works to some extent with the following cameras, and a full compatibility chart can be found at the link in the resources section of this page:
